Our room was spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located near the beach, shops, boat trips, and restaurants in the center.

The location was great for Grand Baie, just next door to departure to all kinds of boat trips and the beach area and the shopping area. There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room, greatly enjoyed that.

The room was big and had an individual safe, iron and ironing board, and an electronic key card as pictured in advertising. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. The staff was affable, always with a smile on face...

The units have balconies and cupboards, and the staff is attentive.

The spot here in town was just awesome! A short walk away, you could find a peaceful beach 🏖️, shops, and spots where you could hop on a boat for fun trips or grab a tasty meal at a restaurant.

The location was perfect, right next to the beach and within walking distance to all the shops. Our room had a stunning view of the bay, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, and we appreciated the free parking spots in front of the hotel. a great experience.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations as it felt a bit outdated.

The staff at the 24-hour front desk were like walking encyclopedias of the area, always ready with exciting suggestions on what to do, making me feel like I had my own personal local guide.

I stayed at Bella Vista for one night and booked last minute, but it provided everything I needed for a good sleep. The decent breakfast on the beach terrace with a view of the boats bay was a nice start to the day. The free parking spots right in front of the hotel were very convenient. The working A/C in my apartment was a plus, and the room was spacious. The hosts were welcoming and the location was excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance and easy access to buses.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the cleaning ladies did a great job every day. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a good working AC in our room, and amazing sea view rooms that offered stunning views, especially during sunset. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, right next to the beach. We could even hear the ocean waves from our room. The hotel was conveniently located near all the shops, and we found it easy to explore the city from here.

The rooms were in need of maintenance and could have been cleaner. Some amenities, such as the shower holder and tap, were not in great condition.
